Billy Yates comfortably makes it five weeks on the trot as number 1 song in the Hotdisc Main and Independent charts with his "That's Why I Run" single, the title track from his latest album for M.O.D. Records. Travis Collins and Faroe Island resident Hallur Joensen remain in the runners-up positions.

Meanwhile in the British & Irish Top 10 Martin Smith squeezes past Brianie to claim his first ever Hotdisc number 1 as 16 year old Brianie's reign at the summit ends after a massive eight weeks - only Lucie Diamond has had a run as good as that in the past two years.

As usual it's a static chart in the week before the new songs kick in from the latest Rush Released CD so expect dramatic changes next week. In the meantime a special mention to Narvel Felts who gets the biggest climber with a five spot rise into the Top 20 with his re-make of "Johnny B Goode".
